Andrea Garbelotto was born in Milan in the early sixties, and studied economics at the University of Bocconi. He began his career in 1986 at Studio Albertini Stockbrokers as a financial analyst. In 1990 he joined Mediolanum Life as a portfolio manager, and after a six year stint he joined Banca Albertini Syz & C where he is currently advisor on the Oyster European Corporate Bond Fund. Outside of fund management he likes to unwind by listening to music and walking.

The objective of the Fund is to provide its investors with capital appreciation by investing in bonds issued by companies headquartered in the European Union or deriving a substantial part of their revenues from the European Union. The Sub-fund may also invest in derivative financial instruments in order to manage its portfolio efficiently and to protect its assets and liabilities.
